The fine print (there isn't much)
- → Hosting (~$60/year) and domain (~$15/year) are paid directly to the provider — in your name, under your control.
- → 50% deposit to start, 50% at launch. If you don't love the design direction after the first draft, the deposit comes back.
- → You get all the source code and full documentation on how to update text and photos yourself.
- → Need changes later? Small updates are billed fairly by the hour — or ask about a maintenance plan.
